bakeri revisited

cant help but return to BAKERI for a cup of cortado, an espresso "cut" with a small amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity, also a very popular in spain and portugal, as well as latin america, where it is drunk in the afternoon.

Cortado- love it! I was just in Spain with a two day visit in Portugal. Had a couple of cortados.

Another coffee drink I love from Portugal is a gal√£o — literally translates as a “gallon” — which consists of espresso coffee cut with milk. Similar to a cappuccino without the annoying foam. Also it has more espresso in it and is usually served filled almost to the top in a taller cup.

I am going to Spain this month and wanna try all their coffees ie cafe solo, cafe Cortado and cafe con leche too....hope they are all taste good as in Melbourne!!
