irishly yours : moone boy

mooneboy an irish sitcom created, co-written by, & co-starring chris o'dowd (my crush; also that dude who married that british chick in hbo series girls), moone boy is such a delightfully funny show, often silly but very charming. seán (played by o'dowd) is the imaginary friend of 12-year-old martin moone, the youngest child of a scatter-brained family living in a small town called boyle in ireland in 1989. martin has a unique perspective on life. his imagination comes into play in his childish doodles, which come alive through animation. the story revolves around this kid's life, his ridiculous yet hilarious schemes to get what he desires, & his growing up. his sisters are wickedly funny & his school mates are all idiosyncratically adorable. all in all, what a we could grow up 2gether show. get the dvd y'all!

i've watched a few episodes, very charming indeed. Chris o'Dowd is so the man, he's much loved in many circles over here but seems to be doing very well on your side. You ever seen the I.T Crowd (British version)?
