the #wecouldgrowup2gether charm school lesson :

charm lesson hugs b oh hi y'all, i've decided to collaborate with the talented illustrator PORNPOT RODKROH on a series of blog entries entitled the #wecouldgrowup2gether charm school lessons - sharing things not only we ought to do more but would also make this world a lovelier place. lesson 1 is hugging, not air kissing outside the tent where they put on a fucking fashion show! hug the ones u truly care for, i mean deep hugs where two hearts are pressing together. when you hug, there's a release of love hormones called the oxytocin, which is good enough to fight those nasties like depressions or loneliness. you know, genuine hugs whisper a certain feeling of trust, they show us how is it to give & receive, teach us how love actually flows both ways. besides, hugs not only strengthen the immune system by stimulating the thymus gland which regulates & balances your body's production of white blood cells to keep you from visiting the doctors, they also increase your serotonin level, which elevates your mood & brings on the happiness. so why the hell not
