tonkatsu originated in the 19th century, tonkatsu is a japanese dish of breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet. while ebi - furai, a speciality of the city of nagoya, means fried prawn, which is also one of the most popular ingredients of japanese bento. & when u get to have the two together, orgasmic would be the word for it
