seoul's restaurateur & gamechanger chang jin woo's dessert bar FRANK'S might be well known for its flaming flamboyant rainbow roll cake, but this mendl custard thingy, inspired by wes anderson's the grand budapest hotel makes a better cake for my 41st birthday, & it comes in a pink box all tied up with a blue ribbon bow. how very swell
