BRINKLEY'S is like a dive bar meets pub, except it's all we could grow up together. brown tin ceilings and black and white checkered floors. a long church pew with small round tables and schoolhouse-looking chairs. the roasted prawns with bloody mary ketchup and the mac n cheese made with bowtie pastas and truffle butter are unforgettable. the service is personable and lovely. i downed two of those fruity cocktail called flying wasp (made with ice tea infused with volka) and then passed out! lol
