whenever i get off at the 8th street subway stop, which was opened on september 4, 1917 as part of the first section of the bmt broadway line from canal to 14th street – union square, i see this mosaic by artist tim snell & i'll be having THIS moment in the never ending story. destiny is a beautiful beautiful thing
